Any persons older than 18 years can become a member of Toastmasters Club.
At first you can visit a regular meeting as a guest. After you understand the
process and atmosphere of the meeting, you can declare to enroll the Oita
Toastmasters Club.
After your declaration, you are supposed to submit membership application form to vice president of membership and to pay membership fee to accountant.
The visit number of times as a guest is not limited, but almost assumes three times.
